Overview

The Team Leader, Engineering is a servant leader whose primary goal is to build a team that is self-organizing and self-managing, responsible for elevating team member performance and ensuring they have what they need to implement technologically superior products.

Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience leading high-performing agile teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with cloud-native architecture and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to foster a culture of experimentation and engineering excellence.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead through change.
• Passion for building inclusive, psychologically safe teams.
