Overview

The Workforce Planning and Optimization Director will play a critical role in ensuring Equip’s treatment model is appropriately staffed to support high growth and scalability.

• Design and implement workforce planning strategies.
• Optimize headcount capacity and scheduling.
• Build analytical tools for workforce planning.
• Conduct supply and demand scenario modeling.
• Partner cross-functionally with various teams.
• Continuously improve workforce planning processes.
• Ensure high-quality patient care through staffing models.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in workforce management.
• Success in developing flexible staffing models.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with SQL and AI.
• Strong analytical thinking and business acumen.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-starter with ownership capabilities.
• Prior experience in healthcare is preferred.
