Overview

The Director, People Optimization leads the People Operations and Services team to manage global HR inquiries, HR data management, global onboarding and work authorization, and the execution of day-to-day HR processes and tasks. This role is critical to ensure seamless HR services and operations worldwide.

In Short

  • Lead and manage the Service Operations function for global HR inquiries.
  • Oversee and direct the Service Operations team.
  • Develop strategies to enhance service delivery and team member satisfaction.
  • Implement scalable methodologies to optimize HR operations.
  • Ensure strong quality control and review processes for HR documentation.
  • Monitor and analyze service metrics for improvement.
  • Manage HR data ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Lead global onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Oversee execution of day-to-day HR processes and tasks.
  • Support global expansion initiatives and change management efforts.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in People Operations/HR Operations.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies and local legal requirements.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Proven experience in building cross-functional partnerships.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience in high-growth technology companies preferred.
  • Proficiency with Google Office suite preferred.
  • Ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively.
