Overview

As a Staff Product Manager at Deel, you will lead the Treasury and Core Accounting products, which are critical to ensuring the company's financial operations run smoothly and efficiently.

• Own the product vision and roadmap for treasury and core accounting systems.
• Drive automation to reduce book-close timelines from 24 days to 7.
• Collaborate with Finance and Treasury teams to define outcomes.

• Work with engineering and data teams to deliver outcomes at speed.
• Ensure compliance and accuracy in regulated environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in treasury, accounting, or financial systems.
• Finance fluency to partner with Treasury and Finance stakeholders.
• Proven operator mindset comfortable with complex systems.
• Experience in fintech, financial infrastructure, or ERP environments.
• Able to thrive in ambiguous, high-pressure environments.
• Bonus for experience in multi-country financial systems.
