Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in People Operations/HR Operations.
• Bachelor's Degree or HR certificate.
• Experience in both start-ups and larger companies.
• Deep understanding of HR lifecycles and compliance.
• Experience leading a people or talent team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Experience with HRIS implementation.
• Passion for AI and efficiency.

Benefits

• Base Salary: Los Angeles: $161,600-$227,000; Denver: $154,000-$216,000; SF: $177,000-$240,000.
• Equity + Benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, HRA/HSA options, PTO and paid holidays, 401K, Parental Leave.
