Overview

The Director, Benefits & People Operations oversees all administrative, compliance, tech, data, policy, and best practices within the HR function, responsible for evaluating, negotiating, planning, and executing benefits programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 12+ years of experience in benefits design and HR operations.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws.
  • Experience in international HR is a plus.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for company culture and employee engagement.
