Overview

We are seeking a Founding Sales Lead for an AI EdTech startup to drive sales and growth in the K-12 sector.

In Short

  • Own the full K-12 SaaS sales cycle from lead to close.
  • Convert teacher champions into school- and district-wide rollouts.
  • Build and test both bottom-up and top-down sales strategies.
  • Generate and qualify admin leads from schools using the free product.
  • Create marketing/sales assets and manage CRM.
  • Exceed revenue goals.
  • Support renewals, upsells, onboarding, and training.
  • Gather customer feedback to inform product development.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, preferably in EdTech or SaaS.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
  • Passion for education and improving student outcomes.
