Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in engineering, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Strong technical foundation with expertise in TypeScript/Node.js, Java/Kotlin, or Ruby on Rails.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of agile software development methodologies.
