Overview

As a Partner Account Manager at Enfuce, you’ll take ownership of some of our most strategic partnerships, including global card schemes and cloud hyperscalers. Your mission is to deepen these relationships, drive mutual growth, and ensure Enfuce is consistently positioned as a high-value, trusted partner in our key regions and verticals.

In Short

  • Manage and grow existing strategic partner relationships, acting as the day-to-day lead.
  • Define and execute joint initiatives with partners that drive referrals, product expansion, or GTM reach.
  • Coordinate internally across Sales, Product, Compliance, and Marketing to align on partner goals.
  • Represent Enfuce in partner reviews, roadmap discussions, and quarterly business updates.
  • Monitor partner performance and track joint pipeline, commercial outcomes, and strategic fit.
  • Stay ahead of partner program changes (e.g. Visa Fast Track, Mastercard Engage) and maximise impact.

Requirements

  • Experience managing partnerships in fintech, payments, or embedded finance.
  • Deep understanding of card schemes, BIN sponsorship, and the issuer-processor ecosystem.
  • Strength in maintaining executive-level relationships and navigating cross-functional complexity.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to align partner success with Enfuce’s revenue and growth goals.
  • Clear communicator and structured operator, comfortable with QBRs, governance, and planning cycles.
  • Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
