In Short

• We are looking for a commercial lawyer with strong financial services exposure to join our legal team.
• This is not a narrow advisory role. You will be embedded in the business, leading negotiations, shaping deal structures and helping drive growth while ensuring risk remains within the company’s defined risk appetite.
• If you are all about applying your technical expertise in a pragmatic, commercially focused in-house environment, this role is designed for you.
• You will take ownership of complex customer, vendor and partner agreements.
• Lead and run commercial negotiations alongside Sales and senior stakeholders.
• Work within a financial services framework and advise on the contractual implications of outsourcing in a regulated environment.
• Develop and refine contract templates and negotiation playbooks.
• Improve contract lifecycle processes and internal knowledge sharing.
