• Provide business development support across Europe (and US) in the Heat Pump Market.
• Manage business development efforts including pipeline tracking and sales forecasting.
• Promote industrial heat pump solutions and products.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to optimize strategies.
• Define and implement strategic initiatives with executive leadership.
• Attend customer meetings with R&D team for technical discussions.
• In-depth technical knowledge of various heat pump applications.

Requirements

• Engineering Degree (Mechanical / Electrical or Equivalent).
• 10+ years’ experience in business development or field sales.
• Strong understanding of client requirements and tender specifications.
• Proven track record with technical products and B2B customers.
• Familiarity with the European market.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Multilingual proficiency in English plus one or more of Spanish, French, Italian, or German.
