Project Engineer, Sales Order Support - Remote

Join Energy Recovery and Help Build a Sustainable Future. As a Project Engineer, you will support the Product & Sustaining Engineering team by processing technical details for sales orders and developing custom-engineered product solutions for global customers.

In Short

• Design and engineer custom order solutions.
• Process and validate sales orders and documentation packages.
• Create and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Support Requests for Quote (RFQs) with engineering details.
• Provide technical support for sales and pre-sales engineering tickets.
• Collaborate remotely with teams in Manufacturing and Product Management.
• Assist with sustaining engineering activities and documentation improvements.
• Manage multiple concurrent tasks independently.
• Work closely with the U.S. headquarters team.
• All other relevant engineering and project tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in mechanical or project engineering.
• Experience designing or configuring custom mechanical components.
• Strong proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks or Onshape preferred).
• Proven ability to manage detailed documentation and technical specifications.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Experience working remotely or offshore with U.S.-based teams preferred.
