Overview

The Business Improvement Lead is responsible for delivering sustainable cost and value outcomes for the Endeavour Drinks business by leading end-to-end business and process diagnostics.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Business/Process Improvement.
• Experience with structured problem-solving approaches.
• Ability to conduct detailed assessments and synthesize outputs.
• Strong communication skills and relationship building.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Graduate or Bachelor Degree as a minimum.
• Experience in cross-functional project teams.
• Understanding of Procurement systems in retail/hospitality is desirable.
