Overview

The Safety Audit Manager will lead the safety audit team, providing independent assurance and advisory services to improve operations across the Endeavour Group.

• Lead the safety audit team and deliver the annual audit plan.
• Develop, plan, and manage the Internal Audit - Safety, Health & Wellbeing Assurance Program.
• Conduct assurance engagements and evaluate internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and workers compensation requirements.
• Provide advisory services to promote continuous improvement in safety performance.
• Coach and develop team members.

Requirements

• Experience in Safety Audit within a Self-Insured organisation.
• Tertiary qualified in Internal Auditor - Safety, Health & Wellbeing.
• Big 4 accounting firm experience preferred.
• 5+ years in auditing Safety, Health & Wellbeing Management Systems.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
