Endava is seeking a data-driven professional to join our Rewards & People Insights team as a Senior People Insights Specialist. This role focuses on harnessing people-related data to generate actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and organizational success at a global scale.

In Short

  • Deliver and enhance people-related data analytics and reporting.
  • Create and maintain user-friendly dashboards and reports.
  • Present monthly dashboards and analyses for strategic decision-making.
  • Align people analytics efforts with organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and protection standards.
  • Stay updated on emerging tools and best practices in people analytics.
  • Bring innovative ideas to improve reporting processes and visualizations.
  • Collaborate within a data-driven environment.
  • Manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proficient knowledge of HR processes and data landscape.
  • Experience in Compensation & Benefits processes.
  • Hands-on experience in Excel and Power BI.
  • Ability to integrate and analyze data from multiple sources.
  • High attention to detail and holistic understanding of data.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to learn and grow technical skills.
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
