Overview

Point B is seeking a dynamic and analytically oriented Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager to lead the strategy, design, implementation, and administration of our compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with Point B’s vision and strategy.

In Short

  • Lead the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Collaborate with management to diagnose improvement opportunities.
  • Analyze competitive compensation practices and develop strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations affecting compensation.
  • Utilize analytical tools including Excel and Power BI.
  • Provide guidance to HR Business Partners on compensation matters.
  • Facilitate the design of variable pay and incentive practices.
  • Conduct market research to inform compensation program design.
  • Manage job architecture and salary ranges.
  • Work in a flexible consulting model with local or national clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in compensation management.
  • 3+ years of experience with employee benefits.
  • 5+ years of experience in job architecture.
  • Experience designing sales incentive programs.
  • Exceptional knowledge of compensation principles and laws.
  • Top-tier analytical skills with data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems, preferably Workday.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certification in compensation preferred (e.g., CCP).
