Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in total rewards and strategic compensation.
• Strong knowledge of global compensation and benefits principles.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and present actionable insights.
• Expertise in HRIS and People systems.
• Excellent project management skills with scalable solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Owner mentality and accountability for results.
• Experience in high-growth start-up environments.
