Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic HR Compensation Manager to join our HR team. This role is primarily responsible for overseeing and managing team member vacation and leave policies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining compensation systems in alignment with internal policies and external benchmarks.

In Short

  • Own and manage vacation, PTO, and statutory leave policies across multiple regions.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. federal/state laws and Canadian provincial employment standards.
  • Partner with HRIS & Payroll to ensure system accuracy and seamless time-off tracking.
  • Monitor changes in labor laws and update internal policies accordingly.
  • Be the go-to expert for time off, leave compliance, and vacation practices across North America.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to evaluate job classifications.
  • 5+ years in compensation, HR operations, or compliance.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. and Canadian employment laws.
  • Experience with HRIS systems like Workday, Oracle, or SAP.
  • Detail-oriented, data-driven, and proactive communicator.
