Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Sales Director who will have ultimate responsibility for the direction and leadership of Emerson's UK&I Flow Controls Sales business.

In Short

  • Lead, organise, manage and coach the UK&I FCV Sales team to meet/exceed annual booking targets.
  • Develop and maintain sales management processes as appropriate.
  • Drive development of strategies and initiatives for long-term business growth.
  • Form and maintain business relationships with customers.
  • Lead the business forecasting process for the President’s Operating Report.
  • Be responsible for the budget-setting process for the business.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders in the UK and Ireland.
  • Ensure training plans are developed and delivered.
  • Represent Emerson in senior commercial negotiations.
  • Ensure delivery of Company compulsory ETHICS and Trade Compliance training programs.

Requirements

  • Background in Sales and Engineering.
  • Strong leadership skills with a history of leading successful sales teams.
  • Experience and understanding of Flow Control products.
  • Proven record of building long-term relationships with customers.
  • Experience developing cross-functional relationships.
  • Full clean driving license.
