Overview

The Outside Account Manager at EMCO Corporation is responsible for managing key accounts and growing the business within the luxury plumbing segment, providing exemplary customer service and building strong relationships in the design build industry.

In Short

  • Manage current accounts and prospect for new customers.
  • Lead the sales process and produce sales reports.
  • Develop strong relationships in the Architecture and Design industry.
  • Analyze customer data to grow market share.

  • Participate in vendor programs and trade shows.
  • Support Customer Service Representatives.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain knowledge of products and services.
  • Follow safety regulations at customer locations.

Requirements

  • B2B sales experience, preferably in Architecture & Design.
  • Excellent relationship building skills.
  • University degree or college diploma.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales or customer service experience.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Intermediate math skills.
