Overview

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager / Future Head of Sales B2B with a proactive mindset and a results-oriented attitude to join our team! You will work with innovative solutions in the cryptocurrency field.

In Short

  • Lead Management & Sales: Handle outbound and inbound leads.
  • Full-cycle sales: SQL, RFI, RFP, Demo, Negotiation, Contract.
  • Tailor offers for fintech, crypto, and e-commerce businesses.
  • Close deals and expand usage of our solutions.
  • Process & Automation: Operate and improve our CRM (HubSpot).
  • Collaborate with Leadgen and Marketing to drive lead flow.
  • Leverage tools like n8n.io, Apollo, Lemlist, PhantomBuster.
  • Analyze and track performance across channels.
  • Work directly with Head of Sales and product/marketing teams.
  • Opportunity to grow into Head of Sales within 2-3 months.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2B sales (preferably in fintech, crypto, SaaS).
  • Experience in full-cycle sales and client communication.
  • Hands-on outbound prospecting experience and automation tools.
  • Process-oriented, result-driven, self-managed.
  • Love for numbers, dashboards, and follow-ups.
