Overview

We are currently seeking a Head of Sales to lead our 3d sales department. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on leadership experience, deep knowledge of sales operations and CRM processes, and a strong analytical mindset.

In Short

  • Design and execute data-driven sales strategies aligned with business growth goals.
  • Own the CRM pipeline setup and discipline.
  • Manage and develop a sales team.
  • Promote a high-performance culture in a remote environment.
  • Define and track individual and team KPIs.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership.
  • Manage forecasting cycles and prepare actionable insight reports.
  • 7–10 years in sales experience, with leadership experience.
  • Strong command of CRM pipeline management.
  • Competitive fixed salary + performance-based bonus.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years in sales, including at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven success in B2B and B2C sales.
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
  • Experience managing remote or hybrid teams.
  • Strong command of KPI tracking and reporting.
