Paralegal - Corporate/Startup & Real Estate - Remote

Overview

This is a part-time remote position for an experienced Corporate/Startup Paralegal with additional experience in real estate transactional work.

• Experience with startup corporate work and real estate transactions required.
• Manage entity formation and corporate governance.
• Prepare and file state and federal securities filings.
• Assist with venture financing transactions.
• Draft and review transactional documents.
• Conduct legal research and maintain organized work products.
• Provide responsive support on an as-needed basis.

Requirements

• 3+ years of corporate/startup or securities paralegal experience.
• Hands-on experience with startup corporate matters.
• Experience with venture financing and securities filings.
• Real estate transactional support experience.
• Experience with Carta onboarding and cap table management.
• Ability to prepare and file documents independently.
• Strong legal research and document drafting skills.
• Highly organized and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.
