Our client, a reputable and growing personal injury law firm, is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their team. This position offers the flexibility of a fully remote work environment while handling litigation matters across Cook, DuPage, and Will Counties.

In Short

• Manage a caseload of approximately 50 active litigation cases.
• Assist one attorney in all aspects of litigation.
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and legal documents.
• Maintain consistent client communication and handle case updates.
• Coordinate depositions, mediations, and trial logistics.
• Ensure compliance with Illinois state court procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience.
