Corporate Paralegal - Remote

Overview

Our client, a growing national healthcare organization, is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to serve as the operational backbone of their Legal Department. This is a full-time, remote opportunity supporting two attorneys in a fast-paced, highly organized legal environment.

In Short

• Support corporate entity governance, filings, and compliance.
• Manage franchise-related documentation, filings, and compliance tracking.
• Assist with franchise agreements and related amendments.
• Track litigation matters, claims, and deadlines.
• Coordinate discovery and document production.
• Draft and revise basic contracts, letters, and amendments under attorney supervision.
• Manage daily legal department workflows and intake.
• Leverage legal technology and AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Minimum 5+ years of corporate or in-house paralegal experience required.
• Excellent drafting, organizational, and project management skills.

Requirements

• Strong experience managing litigation matters and corporate entity compliance.
• Experience supporting franchise systems preferred.
• Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.
• M&A experience a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Must be a self-starter with strong attention to detail.
• This is a full-time role; candidates must not have another full-time position or competing professional commitment.
