Elite Virtual Assist (EVA) is seeking an experienced Corporate/Startup Paralegal with additional expertise in securities filings and venture-related matters. This is a remote, full-time opportunity with the potential for permanent hire after a 90-day probationary period.

Requirements

• 3+ years of corporate/startup or securities paralegal experience
• Experience with startup corporate matters and venture financing
• Direct experience with Carta onboarding and cap table management
• Ability to prepare and file corporate and securities documents independently
• Strong proficiency with legal research and document drafting
• Highly organized and proactive
• Ability to manage changing priorities efficiently
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in real estate transactional support
• Comfortable working remotely
