Requirements

• Experience with startup corporate matters.
• Hands-on experience in venture financing.
• Experience with securities filings.
• Real estate transactional support experience.
• Direct experience with Carta onboarding.
• Ability to operate independently.
• Strong proficiency in legal research and compliance.
• Highly organized and proactive.
• Strong communication skills.
