Overview

The Wonderful Company is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented real estate paralegal to join its in-house Legal team, providing legal services for various real estate transactional needs.

• Analyze title documents and legal descriptions of real property.
• Draft title objection letters for real estate acquisitions.
• Facilitate all aspects of closings with clients and title companies.
• Draft ancillary transaction documents and review easements.
• Prepare real estate closing documents and coordinate requirements.
• Conduct lien and litigation searches nationwide.
• Communicate regularly with attorneys and clients about project statuses.
• Manage closing checklists and deadlines effectively.
• Provide proactive and accurate legal support in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Requirements

• Experience as a Real Estate Paralegal with expert knowledge in title processes.
• Ability to manage all closing aspects of real estate transactions.
• Knowledge of zoning issues, easements, and land use is useful.
• California notary public or willingness to become one is preferred.
• Superb organizational and time management skills.
• Proven experience in providing effective legal support with minimal supervision.
• Associate degree in paralegal studies or similar required.
• Post-Bachelor's degree paralegal certification with a real estate focus preferred.
