Corporate Paralegal - Remote

Overview

Xos is hiring an experienced and detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal to join our legal team and support a wide range of corporate, regulatory, and governance matters. In this role, you'll operate at the heart of a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple deadlines, driving process improvements, and partnering closely with teams across the organization.

In Short

• Assist with preparation of security filings and related matters.
• Support federal regulatory reporting.
• Manage the NDA process.
• Maintain corporate records and manage contract management system.
• Coordinate with law firms and service providers.
• Track corporate compliance obligations.
• Support applications for corporate licenses and permits.
• Draft and proofread legal documents.
• Establish internal corporate processes.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree; paralegal certificate preferred.
• 5+ years of corporate paralegal experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience supporting public company reporting preferred.
