Corporate Paralegal - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal to support the General Counsel and legal team across a broad range of corporate, transactional, intellectual property, and administrative matters.

In Short

• Maintain and update corporate entity records, annual filings, and qualifications.
• Draft and coordinate board agendas, consents, resolutions, and other governance materials.
• Review, draft, revise, and administer a wide range of contracts.
• Oversee and manage the company’s trademark portfolio.
• Manage the corporate insurance program.
• Lead the effort to build and maintain a centralized document management system.
• Track litigation deadlines and case calendars.
• Support vendor management processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Paralegal Certification.
• Broad knowledge of cannabis regulatory and legal frameworks.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical and attentive to detail.
