Real Estate Paralegal - Remote

Overview

The Real Estate Paralegal will play a key role in Unison’s core mission, managing transactions and supporting legal documentation in a remote full-time capacity.

In Short

• Manage a pipeline of real estate deals across the United States.
• Prepare documents and coordinate closing packages.
• Conduct due diligence on leases and property documentation.
• Assist in retrieving necessary documentation for transactions.
• Draft and review legal descriptions.
• 4-8 years of experience as a commercial real estate paralegal required.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with solar/wind leases is a plus.
• Fluency with Office, Sharepoint, Salesforce, and GIS software.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
