Financial Application Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Financial Application Specialist is the primary service contact assisting customers to effectively utilize Elite 3E software to meet their firm’s business objectives. The role is to provide technical consultative Application Support for Elite’s 3E product in a non-call center type of project-based environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, Finance, or Accounting.
• 2+ years of experience in technical support or customer service.
• Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Azure.
• Exceptional customer service and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Experience in the legal finance sector is a plus.
• Elite software experience is a significant advantage.
• Experience with SaaS products preferred.
