Clinical Application Specialist - Remote

Overview

Responsible for executing the Clinical Application strategy to provide ongoing support to customers in order to achieve maximum utilization of ASP products and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

In Short

• Develop educational programs and content to provide clinical support and expertise to medical professionals.
• Stay up-to-date on best practices and guideline updates in the CSSD and GI suit.
• Develop tools to demonstrate the proper use of products to customers.
• Provide training to internal sales force, clients, and distributors.
• Identify business opportunities for ASP and provide competitive product information.
• Prepare reports of education plans and suggest improvements based on customer needs.
• Coordinate and participate as a speaker in product trainings.
• Ensure educational content meets publishing and communication standards.
• Communicate business-related issues or opportunities to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• BSc Degree in a health care discipline preferred.
• A minimum of five years of health care experience is required.
• Clinical experience in sterilization and/or high-level disinfection is desired.
• Desirable postgraduate degree in health specialty or related field.
