In Short

  • Conduct research to identify potential leads and prospects within the target market.
  • Engage in outbound activities such as cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
  • Implement personalized outreach campaigns to maximize lead conversion.
  • Collaborate with the Account Executive on prospect feedback and market trends.
  • Refine outreach strategies based on feedback.
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales activities.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to analyze data and optimize strategies.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of outbound B2B sales experience with a track record of securing meetings.
  • Proven ability to build and qualify lead lists in new markets.
  • Fluency with modern prospecting tools and outreach strategies.
  • Experience building outbound processes in fast-paced environments.
  • Intellectually curious with insights-driven outreach approaches.
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English.
  • Fluency in additional Nordic languages is desirable but not essential.
