Overview

As an Outbound Sales Development Representative for the Nordics, you will play a crucial role in helping prospective and active customers fully experience Remote's Global HR Platform. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to a dynamic sales team.

In Short

  • Engage and qualify outbound leads and inquiries.
  • Sourcing new sales prospects for Account Executives.
  • Communicate Remote's value propositions effectively.
  • Provide support to the Account Executive team.
  • Educate and develop prospects leading to hand-off to sales teams.
  • Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.
  • Cold call into prospects generated by various sources.
  • Identify key players and present solutions.
  • Work asynchronously and flexibly.
  • Be part of a remote-first company culture.

Requirements

  • Proven business development success using sales tools.
  • Experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Fluency in English and native fluency in Swedish or Danish.
  • Experience working remotely is a plus.
