As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in our mission by combining inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting to drive pipeline growth and connect prospective clients with our innovative solutions.

In Short

  • Responsible for inbound and outbound lead generation and qualification.
  • Engage with potential clients from various channels.
  • Assess leads' needs and create opportunities for the sales team.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of high-priority prospects.
  • Provide actionable feedback to Marketing on lead quality.
  • Stay up-to-date on product offerings and industry trends.
  • Take ownership of meeting individual and team KPIs.
  • Work in a hybrid environment with remote opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years as an SDR or similar sales role.
  • Proven track record of meeting lead generation metrics.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with behavioral health challenges and terminology.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the sales organization.
