In Short

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels.
• Maintain and expand the database of prospects.
• Support Inside Sales Associates in preparing presentations.
• Communicate with schools and groups in your assigned region.
• Ensure client satisfaction and meet renewal objectives.
• Set up meetings with potential clients.
• Collaborate with team members to build pipelines.
• Gather customer feedback for internal teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Work remotely or in the Barcelona office as per preference.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales or a similar role.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in English.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Highly motivated and results-driven.
• Proactive and confident.
• Ability to thrive under pressure.
• Currently based in the Barcelona area.
• Strong analytical skills (bonus).
• Experience with CRM tools (bonus).
• Teaching experience (bonus).
