Overview

TeamSnap is looking for a high-energy, sports-loving Sales Rep to drive new business in our inbound lead funnel, playing a critical role in driving growth by engaging with sports organizations and converting prospects into customers.

In Short

  • Drive sales growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities.
  • Engage customers through calls, emails, and product demonstrations.
  • Manage a high volume of leads in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams.
  • Conduct web-based demos and articulate the value proposition.
  • Maintain CRM discipline and accurately track activities.
  • Hit quotas and optimize performance using best practices.
  • Run the full sales cycle from qualification to close.

Requirements

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaborative spirit with a growth mindset.
  • Competitive and resilient mindset.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance and adjust strategies.
  • Customer-focused attitude towards helping sports organizations.
  • Resourceful and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in new business development.
  • SaaS or sports industry experience is a plus.
