In Short

  • Seeking a determined Inside Sales Representative who embodies core values: Service, Accountability, Customer Focus, Growth, and Integrity.
  • Responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
  • Maximizes every opportunity to contribute in generating sales for the company.
  • Uncapped commission with top performers earning over $100K.
  • Company paid warm leads with short sales cycle often same or next day closes.
  • Time available: 9:00AM–6:00PM CST, Monday – Friday.
  • Compensation: $15/hr. + commission.
  • Promote and sell company products and services using a consultative sales approach.
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls generated from marketing.
  • Advise customers on the benefits of a security system.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years sales experience, previous inside sales experience not required.
  • Four-year college degree preferred.
  • Must be customer-focused, able to communicate effectively.
  • “Hunter” mentality with ability to build authentic rapport.
  • Demonstrate the ability to persuade customers.
  • Comfortable in a competitive environment.
  • Strong negotiation and consultation skills.
  • Captive learner, excited about developing consultative sales skills.
