In Short

• Part-time position as a Sales Support Representative.
• Work closely with field sales representatives and installation technicians.
• Support account creation, installation, and activation processes.
• Coordinate back-end operations of the sales cycle.
• Remote work, but must reside within the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
• Pay rate is $16/hour.
• Work schedule is Monday-Friday from 10:00am to 4:00pm.
• Key responsibilities include supporting sales representatives and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred.

• Strong communication skills and ability to give/receive feedback professionally.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to take on additional duties.
• Coachable and confident, with ambition to improve.
• Proficient in computer systems and detail-oriented organization.
• Bilingual Spanish/Security Industry experience preferred.
