• Support sales representatives with account creation and contract setup.
• Assist with installation and activation processes for new customers.
• Communicate professionally with field agents and internal teams.
• Review and respond to initial installation issues.
• Collaborate with internal departments for customer satisfaction.
• Provide support via telephone and email.
• Verify new accounts meet company criteria.
• Coordinate with tech support for scheduling installations.
• Conduct verification calls for potential new installations.
• Make outbound survey calls for dealer installations.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and ability to give/receive feedback professionally.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Coachable yet confident, able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Proficient in computer systems and detail-oriented.
• Bilingual Spanish/Security Industry experience preferred.
