Overview

As a Sales Representative at TechBiz Global, you will be responsible for connecting with decision-makers in the CRE and AEC sectors, qualifying target accounts, and positioning the client as a creative partner.

In Short

  • Identify and connect with decision-makers across CRE and AEC marketing and creative teams.
  • Qualify target accounts by identifying their pain points, needs, and potential for long-term engagement.
  • Position the client as a creative partner, emphasizing strategic impact and design excellence.
  • Build and manage your sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and relationship nurturing.
  • Leverage sales tech stack including HubSpot, Apollo, and Sales Navigator.
  • Earn competitive commissions for every closed deal—no cap.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in creative, SaaS, or marketing industries.
  • Proven track record of high performance in sales or business development.
  • Experience engaging enterprise-level clients in complex environments.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Deep understanding of outbound sales techniques.
  • Self-starter mindset with no earning cap.
  • Experience with Hubspot, Apollo, Sendspark, and Sales Navigator.
