Overview

The Partnership Manager is responsible for selling multiple programs, managing existing customer relationships, and driving growth in current customers within the K-12 market.

In Short

  • Grow long-term customer relationships within assigned territory.
  • Identify key contacts and conduct customer meetings.
  • Expand existing programs and add new implementations.
  • Influence high-level decision makers through the sales process.
  • Maintain proficiency in Edmentum products and services.
  • Assess and analyze customer needs effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver strategic sales presentations.
  • Stay informed on funding options.
  • Maintain accurate CRM information.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies throughout the selling process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in K12 education preferred.
  • Two years’ sales experience including customer presentations.
  • Experience with a CRM system.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of education and software markets preferred.
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
  • General computer knowledge and understanding of technology components.
  • Ability to master consultative sales skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
