• Lead on-time, on-budget delivery of Edmentum’s product roadmap across our full portfolio suite.
• Drive execution across agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery models — optimizing development methods to portfolio needs.
• Drive portfolio governance and executive-level visibility — including decision frameworks, risk management, and investment reporting.
• Serve as the owner of product delivery SOPs — ensuring they remain current and best-in-class.
• Partner deeply with Portfolio leaders, Technology, Product Management, and Product Marketing.
• Foster strong collaboration with Sales, Success, and Marketing.
• Lead the Product Operations Center of Excellence.
• Drive fiscal discipline across product investments.
• Provide delivery analytics and actionable insights.
• Build and lead a high-performing team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or similar roles.
• Proven track record of driving on-time, on-budget product delivery.
• Expertise in portfolio governance, risk management, and financial oversight.
• Strong experience building tiered PM practices.
• Experience aligning delivery with market activation priorities.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and partnership orientation.
• Executive presence and exceptional communication.
• Thrives in fast-paced, complex environments.
• Willingness to take on evolving responsibilities.
