Requirements

• Strong understanding of the trans experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in healthcare.
• 10+ years of financial management and RCM experience.
• 8+ years in healthcare compliance and legal management preferred.
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulations.
• Experience with process improvement.
