The Support Group Facilitator at Plume Health plays a crucial role in empowering and supporting the Plume community, providing members with the necessary support in navigating their gender journey and achieving improved health and wellness outcomes.

• Facilitate virtual support groups for trans, nonbinary, and non-cis individuals.
• Empathetically address emotional needs of group members.
• Create agendas and discussion topics for group sessions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a facilitator or peer support specialist.
• Strong understanding of trans experiences.
• Experience facilitating virtual support groups.
• Comfortable discussing sensitive topics related to trans issues.
• Consistent availability on selected evenings and weekends.
