Overview

As the Vice President of Operations at Cordance, you will lead FieldConnect, focusing on business strategy and execution to drive growth and efficiency in a fully remote role.

• Own P&L responsibility for FieldConnect.

Requirements

• 8+ years of leadership experience in SaaS with P&L ownership.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Proven success in executing GTM strategies in B2B SaaS.
• Ability to scale SaaS operations using data-driven decisions.
• Experience in business forecasting and budget management.
• Familiarity with matrixed structures and centralized support.
• Track record of improving revenue and customer retention.
