Overview

As a Talent Partner at Edmentum, you will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top-tier talent across various functions, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and values.

In Short

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for roles in Product, Engineering, IT, Legal, Finance, and People teams.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and align sourcing strategies.
  • Build and manage candidate pipelines using various sourcing tools and strategies.
  • Track and report on recruiting metrics for data integrity and pipeline health.
  • Contribute to employer branding through job postings and candidate communications.
  • Work with HRBPs and Finance to align hiring plans with organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of recruiting for technical and corporate roles.
  • Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions.
  • Passion for inclusive hiring and exceptional candidate experience.
  • Ability to use data to inform decisions and improve recruiting performance.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR or related field.
  • 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, ideally in tech or education.
