Overview

The Customer Onboarding Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring customers successfully adopt EcoVadis' sustainability solutions. This position requires strong project management skills and the ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English.

In Short

  • Collaborate with Onboarding Managers to deploy onboarding programs.
  • Manage operational responsibilities for customer accounts.
  • Guide customers in supplier rating assessments.
  • Present the value of EcoVadis' solutions.
  • Coordinate technical setup and operational activation.
  • Conduct data analysis and reporting.
  • Prepare and deliver customer training sessions.
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships.
  • Support internal projects for onboarding process improvement.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in customer success, procurement, or consulting.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills.
  • Ability to summarize data into insights.
  • Basic knowledge of procurement systems.
  • Experience with Tableau and Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented.
