The Membership Executive will support subscribers in maximizing customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue, focusing on French and Spanish clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years in customer-facing roles.
  • Experience in sales or upselling.
  • Fluent in French and Spanish.
  • Ability to interpret data for actionable insights.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Comfortable presenting to large groups.
  • Passion for customer service.
  • Proactive and autonomous.
  • Digital marketing experience is a plus.
  • Team player with enthusiasm for improvement.
